Amber Rye Beer | 5.5% ABV, 20 IBU
When the 8 Goths and 22 Norwegians made the voyage to Minnesota in 1362, we’re pretty sure they were thirsty. The RUNESTONE is an homage to this hotly-debated artifact and symbol of the Alexandria we call home. Much like the Kensington Runestone, this brew’s a little rough around the edges, with a peppery undertone complementing its semi-sweet malt bill. Runestone believer or not, one thing’s for sure: this beer is nothing short of a legend.

Brown Ale | 5.7% ABV, 24 IBU
Nutty. No, not your Aunt Edna. No, not that squirrel that keeps coming back. This Nut Brown Ale is packed full of flavors. The depth of the chocolate malt pairs well with the deep red and brown hues that are put off by this brew. And yes, it is nutty. The hops add a slightly spicy backnote and impart some earthy tones as well. Enough to keep you warm in the winter months of Minnesota, but easy enough to keep you going all night next to the summer bonfire!

Imperial Brown Lager BARREL AGED | 8.0% ABV, 21 IBU | EMPLOYEE BREW SERIES

Staying classy just got a lot easier, Alexandria. Meet DEEP MAHOGANY, our new imperial brown lager that’ll make your mustache curl with rich notes of caramel, toast, and just a hint of coffee, winding you toward a sweet finish glass after glass (though at 8% ABV, it’s also a bit of a trickster.) This latest entry in our Employee Brew Series was crafted by Alex, who actually now lives in Colorado but created the recipe because it’s a “unique style Copper Trail hasn’t seen before, and it sets itself apart from the rest of our menu.” We’ll be the first to say: he’s definitely not wrong.

Whiskey Nut Stout | 7.5% ABV, 33 IBU

Barrel-Aged Russian Imperial Stout | 11% ABV, 43 IBU
This Russian Imperial Stout is breaking all the rules to create complete anarchy! At 11% ABV, it’s dangerously smooth. No heat at all, but instead a roasty and semi sweet pair of flavors greets you at the front door. It is rounded out with a wicked finish of dark fruits and coffee on that oh so thick velvety texture. Come. And. Get. It!

Collaboration brew with DRASTIC MEASURES BREWING

Barrel Aged Imperial Pastry Stout | 13% ABV, 33 IBU

There’s a new lucky number in town, and it’s a BAKER’S DOZEN! We’ve been waiting a while to debut this barrel-aged beauty, a collaboration brew with our friends at Drastic Measures Brewing in Wadena, MN. At 13% ABV, this is no beer to be truffled—err, trifled with, boasting sweet, decadent notes of hot chocolate and Panther Distillery bourbon from the yearlong aging process.

Mosaic Pale | ABV: 5%, IBU: 57
As delicious on game day as it is in a deep-winter cabin, NORDIC MOSAIC is our highly drinkable American Pale Ale that proves there’s sweetness in simplicity. Floral, citrusy, and earthy are just a few takeaways from this brew, made with Vienna malt and 100% Mosaic hops to round out a strong hop character and flavor profile. Wherever you enjoy it, this one’s a journey you’ll want to take again and again.

Tropical IPA | 6.4% ABV, 15 IBU

This Tropical IPA is a burst of sunshine in a glass, offering a light bitterness that lets the vibrant tropical flavors shine through. West Coast IPA | 6.8% ABV, 96 IBU
A West Coast IPA will be clear, hoppy, and bitter. HOPPER TRAIL uses Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops for a bright, citrusy, and grapefruit finish. It is bitter, but also very malty, so it is very versatile to pair with many foods. Goes great with fish, fried food, or anything that incorporates citrus.

Wild Hop IPA | 6.3% ABV, 73 IBU

This wet hop IPA is a beer brewed with fresh wild hops grown in Alexandria that are harvested, transported, and used within 72 hours. Wet hop IPAs are also known as fresh hop IPAs. The flavor notes of this beer are mellow, delicate, and vibrant, with a taste that some describe as "like you're sucking on something green".

Rhubarb Berry Vanilla Sour | 5.6% ABV | 8 IBU

Lightly Fruited Hard Seltzer | ABV 6.0%

Our homebrewed seltzer. Current flavor: Lime Tangerine Mango. Light, crisp, overflowing with fruity flavors and aromas.
