We’ll be tapping “Just the Tip” on Thursday, November 1st at 3pm! It’s a Spruce Tip Pale Ale - 4.9% ABV, 57 IBU | Imagine the crisp air of a fresh morning walk through the woods. The dew is still on the trees. The evergreens are swollen with new growth. The tips of the spruce trees suddenly appear in your beer - It’s also not suddenly morning any more. This pale ale is mildly bitter, has hints of citrus and fruitiness from the hops, and finishes with a pleasant yet not overpowering dose of spruce and pine. Have fun with this one, it only comes once a year.
