Come to Copper Trail for the FIRST EVER three course dinner! Food will be prepared by Smokin' Brews & 'Ques, Copper Trail brews to pair each course, and Music accompanied by Lux String Quartet! This is a private event with doors opening at 5:15. Each guest will receive a Copper Trail beer upon arrival, with dinner being served at 6pm. First course is a salad with smoked gouda and smoked nuts. Main course is smoked tri-tip steak, corn mash, and garlic mashed potatoes. Dessert will be smoked cheesecake. To top it off, owners Adam and Dave will be presenting throughout the evening about the beers and why they are paired with each dish! Come and enjoy this fun and unique event at Copper Trail Brewing!
