Much like concerts, we hire artists and staff based on number of attendees.
We do not issue refunds for cancellations within 48 hour notice of any public event.

If you need to cancel your ticket you must do so before 48 hours of the day of the event by either calling Art Bar 39 studio at 320-759-2039, emailing us at artbar39info@gmail.com, OR messaging us on Facebook and we will make the necessary arrangements. If you request a refund prior to the events refund period - there will be a $5.00 fee plus the added processing fees. Thanks for understanding!

In the event that Art Bar 39 Cancels a public event that is OUTSIDE of our studio due to not meeting our required minimum in order to hold the event, no fees will be charged.
